DESCRIPTION

The Damatomacchine Optima 3200-400 model squaring machine stands out for its precision, robustness and versatility. The machine is equipped with a strengthened, ribbed, electrowelded and painted carpentry base with epoxy treatment.

The saw unit has a circular blade adjustable in speed at 3000 - 4000 - 5000 rpm, can accommodate blades with a diameter of up to 400 mm, with a three-dimensionally adjustable engraver. The machine is equipped with electrically motorized lifting and inclination of the saw-engraver unit, with digital control on the control panel. The 3200 mm long, highly smooth aluminum wagon does not require adjustments. Its precision is guaranteed over time by high quality bearings as well as balls and guides in ground steel.

The millimeter guides of the squaring carriage and the parallel cut are equipped with latest generation digital position readers, guaranteeing precise cuts even on large panels. The suspended type parallelogram protection, in addition to promoting excellent suction and cleaning of the work area, assures the operator in all working conditions.
